I ordered the "hype" facemask from Underarmour 6/12/20 and was told that I would receive it within 8-11 business days. I later get an email after the 11th day saying that my shipping date was an error. I now have to wait another 6 weeks till 7/31. So I wait and I get another email on 7/24 saying I have a new ship date of 8/17. At this point I am over it! I contact underarmour to cancel the order and the rep says,"sorry, i can't put in a cancellation". I ask why and she says, "its at the warehouse and I can't make changes". I said," the order doesn't ship till 8/17, just cancel it". She explains she can't and when I said if it arrives what do i do to return the unopened merchandise? She says," sorry all sales are final and unreturnable". Horrible customer service. I will never order through them again! I contacted Paypal who is UnderArmours payment processor and they said a pending charge was already authorized 7/11 and its beyond their scope! Bad customer service between Paypal and Underarmour! I just cancelled my credit card who didn't see the pending charge yet, so I hope underarmour is blocked and I do not receive their face masks! Do not order anything from underarmour. They are blaming covid-19 for everything!

*I blacked out my personal information on the screenshots attached. Those screenshots are of emails from UA, Live chat with UA & live chat with Paypal since there is no number to call due to covid-19. Ridiculous!

Bought Face mask on their website, tried to cancel the second day when I decided to read the reviews, of course HORRIBLE reviews. Suppose it's pre-order and will be shipped Sep/4/2020
They refused to cancel the order. Tried several times to talk or chat to customer support, they ALWAYS hang on me. Once they ship it I cannot return it as per their policy! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

Trying to Return Unopened Headphones

The return policy states free up to 60 days for sized/colored items. I thought I could return the 2 sets of headphones I purchased and they said no because it was past the 60 days. I thought they would still accept them after 60 days with a storage fee. They are unopened and I have I have the receipt.

3 items that were purchased were not…

3 items that were purchased were not not delivered. Estimated delivery date was 5/17. FedEx stopped giving delivery updates on 5/14. I called on 5/19. Now, one of the items was out of stock. Therefore, only 2 items were being resent. I have waited 2 days passed the delivery date so far and have to wait even longer for 2 of the 3 items to be resent. Under Armor couldn't even expedite the delivery to make up for the inconvenience. The customer service representative did not even offer some sort of discount code for the inconvenience. Nothing. Just more waiting and less items. I even purchased my items using my nursing promo code and I could not use my code to look for a replacement of the out of stock item. The rep told me to wait until the code is offered again. Is this a representation of Under Armour for the appreciation of our first front line workers?
I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the rep was not rude. He wasn't great, just not rude.

Had to wait 15 minutes to get into the…

Had to wait 15 minutes to get into the store but once inside I found a helpful staff and tons of product! Checkout was swift and accurate! Would definitely shop here again!

I recently brought 2 sets of face masks…

I recently brought 2 sets of face masks in two sizes. But the given size was fit with my face ad No where on the main page did Under Armour
mentioned that they were not returnable. UA's return policy description, which I checked before ordering, stated that returns and exchanges are FREE - no exceptions were noted. Upon trying to return, website stated they were not returnable. I just spoke with a customer service rep and he said the face mask comes under non refundable item and its a common senses not to return..
I was really pissed off with answer and through the mask in junk.

Unreliable shipping. Packages may never show up.

How is it possible that EVERY order shipped with Lasership (a notoriously unreliable and dishonest company with the lowest BBB and customer satisfaction rating) gets routed to the incorrect Delivery facility and never shows up? Both 1LS*******1421874 and 1LS*******1384101 have this issue and the latter has been over 2 weeks and no change in status. The UA order numbers are US-04211548 and US-04378710. Both orders were for 2 day shipping as well.

I call Lasership everyday and am told by usually rude customer service representatives that my package is being re-routed and will arrive in 1-2 business days but it never does; never. I have the exact same problem when ordering from other companies that use Lasership. Every time this happens I have to spend so much of my time on the phone with UA customer support so I can request a replacement order which then takes another 9 days or so. Hopefully the replacement doesn't again get shipped through Lasership or I have to go through this ordeal again.

I love UA products, and the UA customer service is always great but it's not worth the aggravation of ordering from UA any more, nor having to wait weeks to get something I expect in 2 days. As long as you continue to use Lasership I will no longer patronize Under Armour.

Never buy under armour hovr shoes

Bought under armour hovr shoes for INR15,000 and the fabric is wearing off in my 4th month of purchase - Customer service team refuses a replacement - never again

Please note that we offer exchange of products in case of manufacturing defects in the warranty period of 90 days only.

The shoes was bought on 20th August 2020 during the Pandemic and hardly been used due to our society under lockdown as there were many cases. Thereafter due to the severe cold in Gurgaon one has hardly stepped out.
I was in touch with the customer care chat online on the website early December but till not did not find a resolution. I then had to reach out to your MD - Tushar GOCULDAS.
There is no question of abrasion with an external agent. The fabric tear of the shear is a defect and one doesn't pay INR15,000 for it to tear in 4 months.
I expect a replacement and not a mending for something this expensive.
Look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous! Issue an e-card instead of original payment for a mail in return. So annoyed. Website doesn’t state this. I would have hoped per Covid they would have been flexible. Customer service is clueless. “Talks” to a supervisor and puts me on hold. Warehouse is a joke. Don’t purchase from here if you have to end up returning an item. They just want you dang money.

Never, ever, ever again!

Ordered one simple base layer from Underarmour.ie ( an Irish domain, as I live here!) made the terrible mistake of not checking where the site was based, which was in the Netherlands. However the item was shipped form the UK and I'm told there is a delay due to Brexit! What a show, this was ordered on Jan 7th ( to avoid Christmas delays) now its Jan 27th, nearly 3 weeks later and still not here. UPDATE: FEB 9th, still not arrived, asked for refund which was given.

Underarmour online ordering is a joke

Underarmour online ordering is a joke. Went to order an item priced at $30. The shopping cart summary says order $30 or more and standard shipping is free, which is a lie - shipping charge still shows in the order. So didn't place the order but left it in the shopping cart. Later I get an email saying that if I completed my order, I would get free shipping, another lie, as the shipping charge still shows in the order. Went on chat, and the agent was pretty much useless.

Customer Service is Horrible

I returned 2 different pairs of shoes, 1 mens & 1 womens. Called/emailed about the status of my refund since 1 refund went through but not the other. I got email after email from separate customer service reps stating my refund went through. The 1st refund went through as the company promised, the 2nd (per the email from the company) was be in my bank within 3-5 business days. It has been over 15 business days, I am still fighting with them and now it has changed to 14-28 days and then 14-28 business days. Per the email from Under Armour this should not be the case. I also should not have to fight for a refund on shoes the acknowledged receipt of in the middle of November.

Under Armour website/app SUCKS!

If you want to order online from this company, dont waste your time. I ordered TWICE only for my order to be cancelled. Love their products, but pointless to order from them if you cant enjoy their products if orders keep getting cancelled.
